Arrival & departure:
At your arrival, your room is free from 2 pm; at your departure rooms shall be left before 11 am

Bed & Breakfast rate:
if you book a stay on bed and breakfast basis, we grant a discount of € 12,00 on the half board rate

Dogs:
for hygienic reasons all your four legged friends are not allowed in the beauty centre, in the indoor pool and in the dining room. We charge € 4,00 per night without food

The rates are per person and room. This price list replaces all previous price lists. Mistakes and typos are always possible!

The difference in the prices of the different rooms is due to their size, position and equipment. All other services are the same. The floor plans are merely indicative and can differ from the original.

local tax

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis and amounts € 1,00. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
